Teri Campbell has over 20 years of
obstetric, emergency, and flight nursing experience.
Teri began her
critical care career in High Risk Labor and Delivery.
For over 10 years, she was a clinical educator and
maternal transport team nurse caring for normal healthy
pregnancies and critically ill maternal and fetal patients.
Since leaving obstetrics, Teri has been a rotor and
fixed wing flight nurse.
She has the varied experiences of flying trauma
patients from the scenes of highways and cornfields to
managing critically ill patients while flying hours over
oceans to get them home or to the tertiary care that they
need.
Teri is an instructor in numerous
critical care classes including
BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, PHTLS, TNCC, TNATC, CATN and EN CARE.
She has also authored critical care articles for the Journal
of Emergency Nursing and has written Obstetric and Pediatric
chapters in numerous critical care text books.
She has presented at numerous national
conferences including the Air Medical Transport Conference
and the Emergency Nurses Association and has provided
emergency/transport OB
education for numerous flight programs across the country.
Presentation topics vary from adult trauma, adult critical
care, pediatrics, pediatric critical care, transport,
neonatal and obstetrics.
In addition, Teri assists law firms by providing
expert review and testimony related to nursing standards of
care.
However, Teri’s true passion is her 5
children and although 3 of them are currently teenagers
there is nothing she would rather do then hang out with
them! She considers herself truly blessed!

Sherri
Dean

Sherri Dean has extensive training and experience
in neonatal & pediatric intensive care and transport. She has been
working and teaching at a major pediatric academic facility for the
past 10 years. Sherri holds certifications in critical care, trauma
and flight nursing. She is an instructor for NRP, PALS, TNCC, lead
instructor for S.T.A.B.L.E., course coordinator for PEPP & currently
is ASTNA’s Neonatal special interest
group chair.
She has co-authored, as well as been utilized as a reviewer, for
several specialty transport publications. Sherri has a wide range or
experience lecturing in the arena of care for neonates and
critically ill children to pre-hospital providers, physicians,
emergency departments, nurseries and pediatric departments.
Sherri’s conversational and interactive style coupled with her
passion for helping healthcare providers
better care for children and their families make her an ideal
speaker for any audience type.

Joseph Dillmann

Joe Dillmann is an
experienced educator providing lectures & a broad range of
educational services to nurses, physicians, paramedics, and
respiratory therapists on the medical management of substance abuse.
His clinical background includes experience as a clinical
pharmacist, pharmacologist, and master substance abuse counselor. He
is a nationally recognized speaker at emergency medicine, nursing, &
prehospital symposiums and provides drug education programs for
police academies, schools, chemical dependency units, & EMS coordinators. Joe is a graduate of

Illinois & has taken graduate studies

Northeastern
Illinois
University. A published author of
numerous articles, he is also a consulting editor and nursing text

Kevin Giordano
JD
Kevin Giordano is an attorney who specializes in
the litigation of medical malpractice cases defending claims that
have been brought by patients against health care professionals,
including hospitals, doctors and nurses. He is a graduate of St.
Michael’s College and Loyola University School of Law and has been
practicing law for over 17 years. Kevin has lectured extensively on
medical-legal issues and has published numerous articles on medical
malpractice. He combines the use of case presentations with personal
courtroom experience to deliver highly informative seminars that
take into account the balance that must exist between legal
liability considerations and the providers need to deliver medical
care in a time intensive profession. His informal manner and
interactive style of presentation de-mystifies what for many is a
stressful topic and leaves his audience with a much better
understanding of the legal process.

Angela Golden
RN,
MNEd, MS, CNS, FNP-C, CFRN
Angie Golden has 25 years of nursing experience.
Angie received her BSN in 1977 from Ball
State
University, a
masters in nursing education in 1996 from the
University of
Phoenix, and completed her Masters in
Science with a family nurse practitioner certification in 1998 from
Northern
Arizona
University. She presently works in
emergency departments as a nurse practitioner, continues doing
ground transports in Northern Arizona, and is an Assistant Clinical
Professor at Northern Arizona University teaching in their
undergraduate and nurse practitioner programs. Angie regularly
presents at the local, state and national level and has been
published numerous times in journals and texts, having edited the
Flight Nursing Review Manual. Angie is honored to be the recipient
of the 2001 ASTNA Jordan Award and the 2002 Distinguished CFRN
Award.
Her clinical experience covers all areas of critical care; neonatal,
pediatric and adult, as well as emergency department nursing in
Level I & II trauma centers. She has over 18 years experience in
transport care of all ages. She is a member of numerous
organizations, including the Air and Surface Transport Nurses
Association (serving as the chairperson for the continuing education
committee), American Nurses Association (serving as a chapter vice
president), and is the state representative for the American Academy
of Nurse Practitioners. She is an instructor for PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNATC and a regional faculty for the
American Heart Association for PALS and ACLS.
Angie is married with two wonderful sons and now three incredible
grandchildren allowing her to continue her growth in understanding
children of all ages.

Kevin
High

Kevin High has been in health care since
1985. He has an extensive background in EMS, emergency nursing, & air-medical transport,
both as a clinician and an educator. As a registered nurse and
EMT, he has had the opportunity to interact with a
wide variety of healthcare professionals during his career. Kevin’s
EMS background includes working as an
ALS provider for several 911 services, and also as
an adjunct faculty member for two EMS education programs. His emergency nursing
experience is very diverse. He has worked in rural settings,
community hospitals, and has been employed by Vanderbilt Life Flight
in Nashville as a flight nurse for the past nine years. His
educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Nursing and a
Masters in Public Health. Kevin lectures & teaches multidisciplinary
courses on a state & national level to
EMS providers, nurses, & physicians. He has
authored over 25 articles that have appeared in journals such as the
Journal of Emergency Nursing, EMS Magazine, Air-Medical Journal, & Emergency
Medicine. Born & raised in Tennessee, he resides in rural College
Grove with his wife Vona.

Kate
O’Neill

Kate O’Neil is the Education Coordinator for
Emergency Services at the duPont
Hospital for Children, a world renowned
orthopaedic hospital in Delaware. She was formerly employed
at the Children’s Hospital
of
Philadelphia, with over 15years of
experience in pediatric emergency/trauma nursing. She is currently
the Senior Nursing Editor for the international collaborative
journal, Pediatric Emergency Care, and is also the Executive
Director of Pediatric Educators, an educational and legal consulting
company located in Newton Square, PA. Kate O’Neil lectures
nationally and internationally on contemporary pediatric issues and
related emergency care topics. Her comprehensive background focuses
on the specialty areas of pediatric emergency nursing and triage.
She is the author of “Pediatric Triage Guidelines” (Mosby, 1997)
which was awarded the Emergency Textbook of the Year. She was also
awarded the first team grant for Collaborative Physician/Nurse
Research in 1996 by the Emergency Nurses Association and the
Emergency Medical Foundation.

Ella Scott

Grad Cert Pediatric Intensive Care
Ella Scott is a nurse consultant/lecturer with
over 20 years of pediatric nursing experience. Her background
includes nearly 10 years with N.E.T.S. (New South Wales Neonatal &
Emergency Transport Service), extensive experience in Pediatric &
Neonatal intensive care, and Emergency Department Pediatrics. Ella
currently is the nurse consultant for the pediatric emergency
department at Sydney Children’s Medical
Center and also coordinates the
P.E.T.A.L.S. (Pediatric Emergency Training in Advanced Life Support)
course at
Sydney’s
Royal
North Shore
Hospital. She continues to be
involved with pediatric simulation based training utilizing the
technology of the Sydney Medical Simulation Centre. Ella has written
& presented extensively on pediatric transport, emergency
pediatrics, and simulation technology. In recognition of nursing
excellence within this area, Ella was recently awarded a N.R.B. New
South Wales Scholarship to attend & present a paper in
Beijing at the 23’rd World Congress of
Pediatrics. She currently lives in
Sydney,
Australia & lecture topics
include: The Ouchless Emergency
Department, Pain management for procedures, Stabilization &
resuscitation prior to transport, pediatric trauma management, & the
use of simulator technology in pediatrics.

Michael Seaver

Michael Seaver is an Emergency Nurse and
paramedic from the Chicago Metro / Northwest Indiana area. In
addition to his nursing work, Michael is an instructor for the
American Heart Association and Emergency Nurses Association courses,
and is very active in ENA activities at the local, state and
national levels. He brings with him an extensive background in
hospital as well as pre-hospital emergency medical services, and has
been appointed by the governor of Indiana to serve on the Indiana
Emergency Medical Services Commission as the representative of
emergency nurses. Michael has written and co-authored articles which
have appeared in "Pediatric Emergency Care," "Nursing Spectrum,"
"The Journal of Emergency Nursing," “Neonatal Network,” “EMS Magazine” and other publications. He has spoken
at state, regional, national and international EMS and emergency nursing conferences and has an
especially strong interest in humor, and stress management and PDA

Tagney

Gail Tagney is
currently a clinical nurse specialist as a major Chicago medical
center & was recently an assistant professor of nursing at a Chicago
area university. She has over 25 years of emergency & critical care
nursing experience, with 15 years as a neonatal, pediatric, & adult
flight nurse. Gail has been an ENPC & TNCC instructor & course
coordinator for several years, and continues to work as a clinical
nurse consultant for an international medical services company.
Through years of experience as an ENPC & TNCC instructor, as well as
her extensive background in nursing, Gail brings a wealth of
knowledge to her presentations.

Lynn Tenerowicz

Lynn Tenerowicz
combines her clinical and administrative background to provide
dynamic and highly informative medical legal seminars. She utilizes
the “real-life” experiences of healthcare providers who have been
named as defendants in lawsuits to illustrate how to reduce the risk
of malpractice. As a Risk Manager for Baystate
Health Systems, Ms. Tenerowicz provides
consultation to doctors and nurses to assist them in interpretation
and application of state and federal laws. She is responsible for
managing loss prevention and risk control programs, educating
nursing and medical staff and investigating adverse events.
Ms. Tenerowicz has
held positions as a Deputy Director of Nursing and as Vice President
of Patient Care Services. She has consulted to acute and long-term
care facilities in matters related to accreditation, compliance with
state and federal regulations, ethics, risk
management and performance improvement. She has also practiced law
with a focus on medical malpractice, personal injury and worker’s
compensation claims.
Lynn

Medical
Center where in
1976, she received her bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
Later, Lynn went on to Suffolk University School of Law where she
attained her Juris Doctor Degree and was
received as a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
In addition, Lynn has insurance certifications in
Risk Management from the New England Health Care Assembly and the
Insurance Institute of America.
